Service Description

At Olympics.com, we are looking for Korean Live bloggers who are ready to join an international team running/writing the Korean live blog during the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games website.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for real-time publishing, updating of live blog in fast-paced, pressure-filled environment.
• Fast, accurate and conversational blog posts that keep fans connected to the Games and drive them to additional content about the athletes/sports/topics they love.
• Establish a consistent tone and voice, engaging and appealing to Olympic fans.
• Ensure all content meets IOC standards for integrity and production quality.

Skills & Requirements

• Solid news judgment, ability to think quickly and act appropriately under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Olympic sports.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and what drives fan interest.
• Fluent and able to write for publication in Korean.
• At ease in international environment.
• Self-starter, plus ability to work in a team; adaptability in changing environment.
• Positive attitude, plus in sync with Olympic values of friendship, excellence, respect.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – diplomacy, tact and discretion.

Workplace & Environment

• Fast paced work environment.
• This role ideally requires someone who is already a registered freelancer and is available to start as soon as possible.
• This position is a full-time remote freelance opportunity that starts in January 2026 and lasts until End February 2026.
• Work weekends, nights, holidays as required.

주요 업무

• 올림픽 대회 기간 실시간으로 경기를 보며 라이브 블로그를 게시하고 업데이트하는 업무를 담당
• 올림픽 팬들이 좋아하는 선수, 종목, 주제에 대한 컨텐츠 등을 빠르고 정확하며 친근한 톤으로 블로그 스타일의 게시물을 작성
• IOC 스타일 가이드를 준수하며 뉴스, 컨텐츠 등 전달

자격 요건 & 역랑

• 뉴스 판단력, 신속하게 진행되는 경기 흐름을 잘 읽고 적절히 대응할 수 있는 능력
• 올림픽 종목에 대한 폭넓은 지식 및 관심
• SEO에 대한 이해 및 팬들을 관심 및 흥미를 이끄는 컨텐츠를 찾는 능력
• 한국어 기사 작성 능력
• 영어로 의사소통이 가능하며, 글로벌 환경에서도 편안하게 일할 수 있는 역량
• 자율성과 팀워크를 겸비한 인재, 변화하는 환경에 대한 적응력

업무 환경

• 기간: 2026년 1월부터 2026년 2월까지
• 올림픽 대회 기간 업무 특성에 따라 주말, 야간, 공휴일 근무가 요구될 수 있음
