TESTIMONIALS
-
At OCS, every day is a chance to grow. In just three years, I’ve led remote teams, helped deliver content for two Olympic Games, and contributed to building a world-class sports platform. OCS is a hub of creativity, inclusion, and collaboration — a place where learning and doing the impossible go hand in hand.

"One of the things I have appreciated more about this job is the amount of opportunities I had to develop myself, both in hard and soft skills. I feel they have empowered me by giving me responsibility and allowed me to take risks and learn from my mistakes. I think OCS is a company that cares deeply about its people, ready to make timely decisions to ensure welfare and safety for the team. On a personal level, I think the challenge of leading a team comes with great learnings and to have a leadership that assists you on that path is priceless."

"My oldest Olympic memory is John Akii-Bua in Munich, when he invented the victory lap after winning the 400m hurdles gold medal. Since then, I haven’t missed a single edition of the Olympic Games, and I still have L’Equipe’s daily issues covering this great event since 2000. So asking me how it feels working for the Olympic Channel is like asking someone who loves chocolate getting the chance to work for Willy Wonka. Not only I am fortunate to work for the biggest sport event, but I have the chance to do it with talented people from all around the world."
